And Then There Were None

Agatha Christie

★★★★☆

What an engaging read! It’s incredibly beginner-friendly when it comes to the characters and world-building, and the character arcs are really well-done. It touches on a lot of heavy topics like racism, patriarchy, depression, and social values. It’s honestly sad to see that, despite the book being almost 100 years old, some of the norms and societal values the characters face are still true today.

★★★★★

Coffee Can Investing: The Low Risk Road to Stupendous Wealth

Pranab Uniyal, Rakshit Ranjan, and Saurabh Mukherjea

★★★★☆

A solid book on safe investment strategy. It’s based on the Indian market, which makes the examples and theories easy to relate to. That said, in 2026 I’m not sure how much of it remains relevant given current economic conditions.
